Trainee Travel Award Competition: We will be awarding 2 awards to out of province trainees for reimbursement of travel expenses up to $1000. Submit your Abstract for review by August 20, 2014. Winners will be invited to give an oral presentation.
Call for Abstracts! Free registration for individuals presenting scientific posters and research talks.
You are invited to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations. A limited number of abstracts submitted by September 5th, 2014 (4:00 PM) will be considered for oral presentation. Invited authors will be contacted via email by September 8th so that they can prepare a 15 - 20 minute research presentation. The deadline for Abstract submission for poster presentations is September 15th.
All abstracts selected for oral and poster presentation will be published in an abstract booklet with room for notes to be given to delegates at the Symposium. There will be a cash award ($250) for the best poster and the best research talk, generously supported by the CDRD.
Abstract Guidelines: No more than 1 page (Arial font 11, with one inch (2.5 cm) margins) including the title and author list with affiliations. Please underline the presenting author's name.
Suggested Poster size: 4 ft x 4 ft (1.22 m x 1.22 m)
