Optimal pooling of BACs for genome re-sequencing

Optimal pooling for genome re-sequencing with ultra-high throughput short-read technologies.

In this article we develop an optimal BAC pooling strategy for re-sequencing experiments with short reads.  We demonstrate the performance of a graph-theoretic approach in pooling BACs that have a minimum amount of shared sub-sequences.
