Profiling the T-cell Receptor Beta-chain Repertoire by Massively Parallel Sequencing
In this paper we tested a method for sequence-based immunoprofiling, using short reads provided by the Illumina platform and the issake sequence assembly program. The results of this study provide new insight into T-cell receptor recombination and expand the number of publicly available T-cell receptor sequences by an order of magnitude
