SARS clones
Thank you for your interest in cDNA clones for the recently sequenced coronavirus genome. Please click on the link below for a blank Materials Transfer Agreement (MTA), to be completed as part of your request.
To select available clones that map to your region of interest, please use this clone selection list.
Instructions for completing your request are as follows:
1. 2 original copies of the MTA are required. Print out and complete the blank spaces on the MTA form. No other additions/changes/revisions to this form will be accepted. For "Recipient", provide the full name and address, along with a contact person's name, for the institution/company requesting the materials. In Parts 1 and 2, describe the materials requested (i.e. the genome coordinates, the name of the protein target). On page 3, an officer of the institution/company must complete and sign the signature block.
2. Send both copies of the MTA, along with payment of US$200 (payable to BC Cancer Agency) per clone required, as well as instructions and billing information for shipping, to:

3. Once the request is received, a representative of the Genome Sciences Centre will contact you to confirm the details of the materials requested. The MTAs will be executed by a BC Cancer Agency officer, and completed original returned to you with the clone materials.
