This release provides dramatically improved performance for peak finding, improvements to the algorithm for identifying subpeaks, the Monte Carlo FDR and trimming of subpeaks.  Memory usage is considerably decreased by using a smaller object for holding reads.

Change log

* Rebuilt core peak locator algorithms for more robust peak locating, and greater speed.

* Now uses a truncated AlignedRead object, to conserve memory.
